Cost - Free

Method - Ground (2-7 Business Days)

Lead Time - Normally ships within one business day upon being ordered.

Policies - Once your order is paid for, your Massage Pro massage chair will ship within one business day via ground delivery (2-7 business days). Free shipping includes the delivery of the chair to your door. Free shipping does not include special services such as time-specific delivery or the use of the lift gate (none of the Massage Pro chairs are difficult to lift off the truck). These services and others are available, but you will have to pay additional fees to the truck driver in order to use them.

The shipping company will call you to arrange a day of delivery that works well for you. On this scheduled day, they will deliver your chair anytime between 8am and 5pm. If you require time specific delivery (such as between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm as an example), then you will need to pay the trucking company an additional $45.

If a chair is refused for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for the total freight cost (to deliver to your destination, and to return the package back to us).
